HOUSE RULES
Please have fun during your stay. The rules are in place for a reason and we will enforce them.

No smoking is allowed inside the unit or outside within 100 feet of the property.

No parties are allowed. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. If your unit is unusually loud and we receive complaints from neighbors or other guests, we will have to ask you to leave and will retain the full security deposit.

Cleanliness:
Avoid any spills on the rug.
Please ensure there are no permanent stains on the white towels provided.
No sand in the apartment.

Trash Disposal (Critical): There is no trash collection at any property in St. John. You must bring your trash to the dumpster located a few steps from the property (go up and to the left): https://tinyurl.com/kcnednft.

At checkout, do not leave any trash inside any bin or outside the property. This is very disruptive for the cleaning team. Thank you for your understanding.

Water Usage: Do NOT drink the tap water. The property operates on rainwater stored in cisterns; the water is filtered but is NOT drinkable. Please purchase mineral water at the Dolphin Market nearby (Store map: https://tinyurl.com/3b5wxwxa). It is critical that you limit the amount of water you use.

Electricity & AC: Electricity is extremely pricey on the island. Do not leave the unit with the AC ON. Turn it off anytime you leave the property for the beach, at checkout, etc.

Safety & Transportation: Please be aware that sidewalks are scarce in St. John, USVI, and many roads lack them. This is a common issue throughout the island and not limited to this property. For safety and convenience, especially at night or when traveling with children, we strongly advise against walking along the roads and recommend driving or using a taxi instead.
