Complying with these House Rules at the Property is a requirement of the vacation rental agreement. Failure to adhere to
the below House Rules may result in penalties at the Guest’s expense.
All Guests (and any Visitors) must comply with all House Rules and any other instructions from the Property Manager,
during their stay; and
1. Guests must notify the Property Manager of any disputes or complaints from neighbors as soon as reasonably
practicable.
2. This Short-Term Rental is suitable for all ages of children. However, the house is not child proof and Guests must
take the responsibility to make it so for their children. Guests are always fully responsible for the safety and
security of their children, as well as any disturbance caused to other residents in the neighborhood.
3. Guests are allowed a maximum of four Visitors at any time during their stay. Guests are responsible for ensuring
maximum visitor numbers are not exceeded, and that Visitors are complicit with these House Rules.
4. Guests and Visitors are to be respectful of neighboring properties. Quite hours are 10pm – 8am, and upon
arrival and departure. Excessive noise is prohibited at all times and may result in termination of the agreement,
eviction, loss of rental paid and extra charges which may be charged to the Guest.
5. Any additional overnight Visitors must be approved in advance during the booking process and are subject to
an additionat fee as noted in the price.
6. Guests and visitors should comply with the parking regulations and requirements and must show consideration
for other vehicles in the neighborhood. Parking is allowed in the driveway, garage and on the street directly in
front of the property. Parking is not permitted in the driveway of the RV garage next to the house.
7. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property.
8. Please enjoy your meal in the dining room, game room, living room or outside. No eating or drinking is allowed
in the bedrooms.
9. Report any damage, and/or breakages, in a reasonably timely manner. Damages must be paid by guests and
will be reported to the Short-Term Rental company the Guest booked through.
10. Upon leaving: Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronics when you leave the house.
Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the door. Wash any pots and pans and put dishes in the dishwasher
and take out the garbage &; recycling to the outdoor bins on the side of the house.
