House was fantastic!! Plenty of room for two familes 4 adults, 4 teenage adults, 3 kiddos and great grandma! Everyone had space, great layout and the private pool was a hit, definite must have! House was very clean, fully stocked with anything and everything we forgot and in a great location! Super friendly and super helpful property management, definitely will use again in the future! 

We enjoyed our stay at Shore Havin Fun.  It's a great setup and excellent location.  

We enjoyed Port A for a whole 7 days with family and friends.  The house was spacious and the pool was great.  The management company was responsive when we needed help. All in all, a great time was had by all! 

We recently stayed at “Shore Having Fun” in Port Aransas. The house itself has a lot of potential—spacious layout, well-organized garage, and beds that are genuinely comfy. Once the A/C finally caught up, the place stayed ice-cold, which we loved.Unfortunately, the basics fell short—and at this price point, that matters.	•	Overwhelming odor & DIY cleaning: The moment we settled in, the main living areas (kitchen, living, and dining) had a strong, unpleasant smell. We ended up making a late-night run for floor cleaner and multi-surface spray, then wiped down counters, tables, and floors ourselves just to make the place livable. Not exactly how you want to spend vacation time.	•	Dirty pool & grill: The pool was visibly dirty on arrival and the grill still had old charcoal and ash.	•	Poor communication: We called during business hours about the pool but did not hear back until the next morning. When a cleaner finally showed up, it was unannounced. The same lack of heads-up applied to an unexpected early morning furniture delivery during our stay. 	•	Misleading “kiddie pool”: What looks like a hot tub in photos is really a shallow secondary pool with no jets or heat—be sure to read the fine print if a hot tub is on your wish list.	•	Minimal supplies: Expect to bring your own toiletries, trash bags, and basic kitchen storage containers.For nearly $3,500 for four nights, we’ve had better experiences elsewhere in Port A for less. Until the owners step up cleanliness standards and communication, this property lands at ~️~️~️ / 5 from us. It could be fantastic with tighter management, but right now you’re paying luxury prices for a DIY experience.

Rental was clean and comfortable.  All bathroom sinks leaked, and maintenance did not correct the problem, even after several requests.  We used towels on the counter to soak up water for the duration of the stay.

*This Rental Agreement is a legally binding agreement between the Guests, Port A Coastal Getaway LLC., and the Homeowner. By making a reservation with us, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions as stated below. Port A Coastal Getaway LLC., only rents to responsible parties. You must be 25 years of age or older to reserve and book a vacation property and must be one of the guest staying in the rental home. All Port A Coastal Getaway LLC., Vacation Rental property rents for a minimum of two nights during the off season and three nights during the peak season. Rates will vary depending on which time of year you are booking and holidays. Most of our homes offer stay 6 nights get the 7th night free special. Port A Coastal Getaway LLC., reserves the right to refuse service.
*Making Reservations - You can make your reservation online, or if you prefer, you may call us at anytime at your convince for we are open 24/7 to take your call. Port A Coastal Getaway LLC., accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. All reservations require payment by credit card of $500.00 due at time of booking which goes toward your overall balance with the final balance due 30 days prior to arrival. After you have made your reservation online or with one of our reservationists, you will receive a confirmation email of the payment and details of the reservation. By accepting the terms of this rental agreement, you authorize Port A Coastal Getaway LLC., to automatically charge your credit card on file for your remaining balance unless you make other payment arrangements. Please sign the contract as soon as you receive it.
*Final Rental Payment - The balance of all rent, tax and any additional charges are due and payable to Port A Coastal Getaway LLC., 30 days prior to your check-in day. By accepting the terms of this rental agreement, you authorize Port A Coastal Getaway LLC., to automatically charge your credit card on file for your remaining balance unless you make other payment arrangements.
Cancellation Policy – Cancellations are effective on the date written notice is received by e-mail in our office. If a refund is applicable, refund payment will be processed within two weeks of cancellation notice and will be in the form of US Check or refund to credit card account. The following assessments will apply to cancellations: Cancellations made 31 days or more prior to arrival date will result in loss of 20% of total booking amount. Cancellation 30 days or less prior to arrival date will result in the forfeit of 100% of Total Rent. Your reservation will not be subject to refund in case of cancellation due to Hurricane, or a natural disaster. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to avoid losing your vacation investment due to unforeseen cancellations. You may purchase travel insurance at the time you make this reservation Port A Coastal Getaway LLC., has partnered with Red Sky Travel Insurance to provide coverage for our guests. The plan is optional but we strongly recommend it. We accept Visa, MasterCard credit/debit cards, and Discover.
*Monthly Rental Reservation Requirements – A payment by credit card of $500 is required when booking a monthly reservation. Monthly rent payments are due 30 days prior to the 1st of each month. You will receive an email confirmation of the payment and details of the reservation. By accepting the terms of this rental agreement, you authorize Port A Coastal Getaway LLC., to automatically charge your credit card on file for your remaining
balance unless you make other payment arrangements. We only accept checks on
reservations made more than 30 days before the check-in date to allow for time for
processing. If paying by check, payment must be received no later than 7 days after
booking your reservation or the reservation will be cancelled. Please reference reservation
dates and confirmation number when sending checks. This policy will be valid for all
monthly reservations.
*Monthly Rental Cancellation Policy – Cancellations must be submitted via email and
confirmed no later than 30 days prior to the original check-in date to receive a refund. All
monthly cancellations are subject to $150.00 service charge. No refunds are given for
cancellations, changes, or rescheduling done after 30 days prior to your arrival date. NO
EXCEPTIONS. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to avoid losing your
vacation investment due to unforeseen cancellations. You may purchase travel insurance at
the time you make this reservation. This policy will be valid for all monthly reservations.
*Maximum Occupancy – The maximum number of people allowed in each home is stated
in the description. The occupancy limits are set by the City and are strictly enforced.
Children two years old and above is considered an occupant & must be included in the
occupancy total. IF YOU ARE FOUND TO EXCEED THE MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY LIMIT OF YOUR HOME, IT WILL
BE CONSIDERED A BREACH OF CONTRACT AND WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE EVICTION, AND NO REFUNDS. We
reserve the right to come to the rental house and check the number of people using the
facilities, and we have people in the various neighborhoods that report to us if there are too
many people at a house. Guests may be charged up to $50 per guest for each night of the
reservation.
Visitors & Gatherings – Renters are not allowed to invite guests to the rental homes for
parties, BBQs, weddings, or for use of the facilities if it is going to put you over the
maximum occupancy limits & parking. The house and its amenities are strictly for the use of
the renters. If you want to have a gathering with people other than in your rental group,
arrangements will need to be made at a public place or meeting facility. You can call us if
you need help finding such places. Violating this policy can result in eviction and no refund
from the property. RV'S, campers, or trailers ARE NOT PERMITTED at any of the properties
unless specifical says so in description.
*Rescheduling and Changes – You may reschedule or change your reservation up to one
time free of charge after your original reservation. All future changes or rescheduling of
your reservation are subject to a $35 processing fee for each rescheduling. All rescheduling
must be done prior to 30 days before your arrival date. No refunds will be offered for
guest's inability to arrive on scheduled date or who must depart early for any reason.
*Conduct – Most rental properties are located within private neighborhoods; Guests shall
not trespass into other properties within the neighborhood. Occupancy and use of premises
should not disturb or offend neighbors or residents by means of parties, excessive noise,
obnoxious behavior, excessive speeding through neighborhoods, discharge of fireworks, or
any other noise-inducing mechanisms. Agents reserve the right to terminate this Agreement
and evict Guests with no refund who engage in these behaviors. Quiet time is 10:00 PM on
weekdays and on weekends.
Hurricane & Bad Weather Policy – There are no refunds due to inclement weather
including hurricanes. We offer vacation rental insurance that not only protects you against
hurricane losses at your destination home, but also at your place of residence. Please look
over the travel protection that we offer to see if it is right for you.
*Check-in time is 4:00 PM – You will have the option to be greeted at the rental home upon your
arrival, in which we will then give you your door codes to access the property and go over the WIFI,
Elevator if home has one, TV”S and anything else you may have question on. Port A Coastal Getaway
LLC., will diligently work to ensure that all properties are clean and ready for occupancy by 3pm. If you
would like an early check in please call one of our reservationists 2 days before arrival date if it’s
available that fee is an additional $50.00. There is no early check in available if other guests are
checking out the same morning. On those days we will make every effort to make sure the
home is ready on time, but sometimes cleaning takes longer than expected which could
cause delays in check in. Please allow the cleaning crew to finish their job before you enter
the house.
*Check-out time is 11:00 AM on check-out day. - Your cooperation is appreciated with
check-in and check-out times as our cleaning crew must have adequate time to make sure each property
is in good condition, and ready for our next guest. If you would like a late check-out, please call one of
our reservationists the day before your check out date if it’s available that fee is an additional $50.00. If
late check out is not avaible Guests that do not vacate the rental property by 11:00 AM will be
charged a MINIMUM $100 late check out fee that will be charged to the credit/debit card on
file. This amount will increase by $25 for every 30 minutes beyond 11:00 AM
*Guest Responsibility - Departure cleaning is included with your rental of the home; however, the
Guest is responsible for the following items prior to departure:
• • All trash must be bagged and removed from rental home and place in outside receptacles.
(Trash that is not bagged will result in an extra cleaning/disposal fee of up to $150.00)
• • Place all dishes in dishwasher and start it.
• • Turn AC up to 78 or turn heat down to 65.
• • Clean the grill
*Damage, Cleaning, and Maintenance – Each home is privately owned, furnished, and
equipped by the homeowner. Guests agree to take responsibility for treating the home with
care. Removal or rearrangement of furniture is prohibited and may result in additional fees.
Guests will be charged for any damage or destruction of property caused by the guest, or
for extra cleaning required. Please report any problems - you will not be charge for routine
maintenance and normal wear and tear. Certain areas in each rental property may be
inaccessible for personal owner's storage and guests may not access these areas. Guests
are responsible for doing their own dishes and properly bagging the trash and taking it out
to the street.
*Smoking Policy – All homes are NON-SMOKING. If you smoke, please do so outside, away
from the house and dispose of your cigarette butts. If you get smoke in the house, and/or
house smells of smoke you will be charged additional fees associated with ridding the home
of smoking residual and will be charged to the guest's credit card.
*Pet Policy – Pet friendly homes are listed as so on the property information page. In
those homes, the following terms and conditions apply: A non-refundable pet fee of $100.00
per pet is charged per stay for all pets. Pets must be completely housebroken, well
behaved, and pest free. Pets are not allowed on furniture. Guests will be charged for
additional cleaning for removing pet hair and other pet-related material from furniture or
the yard. Guests may not use any home provided linens or towels on pets shall not be left
uncrated while alone on premises. Guests agree to pay for any damages caused by pets. If
pets have an accident indoors, all clean-up will be performed by the guest. Guests must
agree to clean up all outdoor pet waste and deposit in outside garbage cans. Failure to
comply with pet clean-up policy on the premises may result in additional cleaning charges
that will be charged to the guest's credit card. Guests always agree to be in full control of
their pets and take full responsibility
**- No smoking in the rental home or on balconys.
- Pets under 10 lbs and must be potty trained.
- Renter must be at least 25 years old with a valid driver’s license and will be an occupant during the
entire stay.
- The owner and/or Property Management company Port A Coastal Getaway LLC, shall not be liable for
any damages or injury to renter / renters, renter’s family, or guest, and agrees to replace any loss and or
repairs to any damage at renter’s expense.
- Renter understands that the property is protected by security cameras on the exterior only. There are
no cameras inside the house.
- Renter is responsible for any damage to the home caused by the renter or their guests.
- Never leave children unattended around the pool, spa, kitchen, stairs or any burning fire pits or grills.
-Renter must contact owner to add anyone other than the registered Occupants.
- Quiet hours from 10pm - 7am on weekdays and 10pm - 9am on weekends.
Renter understands that upon violation of any conditions, agreements, or restrictions of
this property, the owner may terminate this rental agreement with immediate eviction, in
which case any and all monies paid by Renter will be forfeited.

are not met, Guests are in violation of this Agreement. Guests agree that by signing this
Agreement, they are authorizing Agents to charge Guest's credit card on file for any

RESULT IN IMMEDIATE EVICTION, AND NO REFUND OR REBATES.
*Cable/Satellite TV/Internet – Our properties may have cable, satellite TV or streaming
services; however, properties are individually owned, and we cannot guarantee TV channel
availability. Rental properties do not necessarily offer premium packages, Movie Channels,
Sports Channels, Pay-Per-View, etc. Occasionally there are interruptions in cable, satellite
service, and/or internet services due to unforeseen circumstances. We do not guarantee the
availability of cable, satellite service or internet. No refunds will be offered if service is down
or DVD players do not work, but we will make every effort to correct the problem in a timely
manner.
*BBQ Grills – Guests who use the BBQ grills are responsible for cleaning them after their
use. Guests may be charged up to $100 for cleaning of the grill. Properties with propane
grills are fueled by liquid propane and under NO circumstances may Guests add charcoal or
any derivative of charcoal to a propane grill. If Guests add charcoal to a propane grill,
guests may be charged for the replacement of the grill. Guests are responsible for providing
any charcoal or propane that may be needed.
*Items Left Behind – Port A Coastal Getaway LLC., is not responsible for any items
Guests leave behind. We will collect all items we find that are left behind and upon request,
we will return these items for a $25 handling fee plus shipping costs. All unclaimed items
after two weeks will be donated to Good Will.
Release of Liability – All guests agree to save and hold harmless the property
homeowners and Port A Coastal Getaway LLC., and Port A Coastal Getaway LLC., owners
and employees for any loss, liability, damage, or cost that may incur during occupancy on
or around the property including the pools, and hot tubs. Guests assume the risk of injury
or other losses relating to any recreational activities and will hold the homeowners and Port
A Coastal Getaway LLC., and Port A Coastal Getaway LLC. owners and employees harmless
with respect to this. ALL GUESTS AGREE THAT ALL CHILDREN MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT
TO THE SWIMMING POOLS, OR ANYWHERE ON OR NEAR THE WATER AT ALL TIMES.
