Welcome to Sunny Daze! Just minutes from the beautiful beach and the canal, this 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath home in Sea Isle will warm your soul and melt your stress away.

Hang out on your enormous private deck and lounge around on the comfortable laid back chairs. It's a great place to sip your morning coffee or favorite cocktail and listen to the ocean waves. The deck faces west, making it a lovely spot to watch the sunset over the canal.


This home also has a deck connected to the master bedroom with its own set of stairs and peek-a-boo ocean views!

The spacious, open concept living room and dining area is cozily decorated with soft neutrals and calming blue tones, with coastal décor to get you in vacation mode. Relax on the sectional sofa and catch a movie or game on the large TV, equipped with cable and all your favorite streaming services. 

A highlight of this home is the amazing mini bar, located inside the large cabinet in the dining room. It's stocked with wine glasses, champagne flutes, an ice bucket, shot glasses, and a shaker, plus a little cabinet to store your spirits in.

The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to make delicious meals: refrigerator, microwave, stovetop and oven, coffeemaker, crockpot, utensils, and a great amount of counter space.

The dining table is set for four, but there's also room and stools to sit at the kitchen bar top.

When it's time to get cleaned up, you'll have plenty of space in the beautifully finished bathroom, complete with walk-in shower and lots of storage. There's also a half bath located off of the kitchen.

After an awesome day of fun in the sun, you'll get a great night's sleep at Sunny Daze. The master bedroom has a big cozy king bed and the second bedroom has a queen. Both bedrooms have TVs with streaming services. The sofa is also surprisingly comfortable. Sweet dreams!

In the Area:

Sunny Daze is located in Sea Isle, a beautiful community towards the West End of Galveston. Community amenities include a pool and hot tub, tennis courts, a park, fishing pier and private boardwalk path to the beach. These are available to you upon request for an additional amenities fee.

Bring your furry best friend on vacation with you! Non-aggressive dogs are welcome at this property.

-You must disclose at time of booking that you are bringing a pet.

We had a great time on our last minute getaway. The home is set up very well and feels very roomy. It was clean and comfy, set in a quiet neighborhood. 

We would definitely stay here again.

THE PARTIES. This Short-Term Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) made on {{reservation_date}} between the following:

&nbsp;{{checkin_date}} from {{checkin_time}} and ending {{checkout_date}} at {{checkout_time}}&nbsp;
&nbsp;Number of guests: {{number_of_guests}} guests.
&nbsp;1. This is a NON-SMOKING unit.&nbsp;
2. Pets are not permitted in rental units under any conditions without prior approval and payment of $100 to $500 per pet non-refundable Pet Fee. Service animals are permitted on property. The tenant will provide Connect Coastal with notice and proper documentation related to a service animal.&nbsp;
3. Guests under age 25 must be accompanied by an adult parent or guardian 25 years or older.&nbsp;
4. Agreement- Tenant agrees to obey all laws, ordinances, orders, rules, regulations, and covenants applicable to the permitted use, condition and occupancy of the property; vacate the property on the date of departure as set forth above. Tenant agrees NOT TO: use the property other than as a residence occupied by the Tenant and Tenant’s Guests; create or permit a nuisance or interfere with any neighbor’s use and enjoyment of its property; change the locks on the property; and/or (iv) assign this Rental Agreement without Owner’s written consent.&nbsp;&nbsp;
5. Cancellation – The Cancellation policy is based on the channel in which you booked. Please read your documentation from where you booked for a precise cancellation policy.
6. Maximum occupancy is based on the number of available beds. Twin/single beds may sleep one person and full/double/queen/king beds may sleep two people.&nbsp;
7. Maintenance- Owner strives to maintain property in optimum working conditions, but appliance and mechanical problems may arise. No refunds will be given for short-term appliance or mechanical failures. Should a mechanical malfunction occur during your stay, please notify management immediately to address the issue(s) promptly.&nbsp;
8. There is no daily maid service provided. Upon arrival it will be guest’s responsibility to notify Property Management about unsanitary conditions. No refunds will be given to guest regarding cleanliness after checkout. Linens and towels are the responsibility of guest to launder during their stay. Upon final checkout the laundry will be the responsibility of Connect Coastal to launder.&nbsp;
9. The rates and availability are subject to change without notice. In the event of a cancellation due to an availability issue, the tenant will be refunded in full less any outside service fees thatmay occur.&nbsp;
10. Falsified reservations will not be tolerated. Any reservation made with falsified information will be terminated and guest will lose all advanced rental payments.&nbsp;
11. Exceptions – any exceptions to posted rules, policies or procedures must be permitted by the Property Management company and the guest is provided a written notice in advance.&nbsp;
12. Inclement weather – No refund will be given unless the following occurs:&nbsp;
In the event of the preceding two evacuation orders the guest will be issued a full refund if the notice is given before their stay. If notice is given during stay guest will be given a prorated portion of the rent back based on the number of vacation days remaining.&nbsp;&nbsp;
13. Inspections/Cleaning- The Property will be inspected (indoors and outdoors) following each rental. Inspection will include locked Owner’s closets/cabinet. Should any damage have occurred during Tenants’ stay, the tenant may be responsible for any overages that the pre-paid insurance policy does not cover. In the event of damage occurring where a deposit has been payed, Connect Coastal reserves to use guests deposits to pay for any necessary repairs. A detailed description of damages (including photographs) will be provided to the guest.&nbsp;
14. Nuisance/Disturbances- Tenant and guests, occupants, etc. will be evicted immediately with complete forfeiture of rental payments for any of the following violations:&nbsp;&nbsp;
· Use of property for any illegal activity including, but not limited to, the possession, serving, or consumption of alcoholic beverages by or to any person less than 21 years of age;&nbsp;&nbsp;
· Consumption or use of illegal substances;&nbsp;&nbsp;
· Excessive loud music or disruptive behavior;&nbsp;&nbsp;
· Causing damage to the property or to any neighboring properties;&nbsp;
· Any other acts which may interfere with neighbors’ quiet enjoyment of their property.&nbsp;&nbsp;
15. Indemnity- TENANT AGRESS TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND, AND HOLD OWNER AND MANAGEMENT COMPANY HARMLESS FROM ANY INJURY OR DAMAGE TO PERSON/PROPERTY (AND ANY RESULTING OR RELATED CLAIM, ACTION, LOSS, LIABILITY, OR REASONABLE EXPENSE, INCLUDING ATTORNEY’S FEES AND OTHER COURT COSTS) OCCURING IN ANY PORTION OF THE PROPERTY. THE INDEMNITY CONTAINED IN THIS PARAGRAGH WILL SURVIVE THE END OF THE TERM AND WILL APPLY TO THE EXTENT AN INJURY IS CAUSED IN WHOLE OR IN PART BY THE ORDINARY NEGLIEGENCE OR STRICT LIABILITY OF OWNER BUT WILL NOT APPLY TO THE EXTENT AN INJURY IS CAUSED BY THE GROSS NEGLIGENCE OF WILLFUL MISCONDUCT OF OWNER. Furthermore, tenant agrees to use extreme caution when occupying property and ensure appropriate supervision of children of all ages. Extreme caution should be used when climbing stairs. Children should never be allowed on the deck without direct and constant adult supervision. OWNERS AND MANAGEMENT COMPANY DO NOT ACCEPT LIABILITY FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE ARISING FROM TEMPORARY DEFFECTS OR STOPPAGE IN WATER SUPPLY, ELECTRICITY, OR PLUMBING. OWNER AND MANAGEMENT COMPANY DO NOT ACCEPT LIABILITY FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE CAUSED BY WEATHER CONDITIONS, NATURAL DISASTERS, OR OTHER REASONS BEYOND OUR CONTROL.&nbsp;&nbsp;
16. Rental agreement – failure to sign and return rental agreement before first day of rental may result in termination of rental stay and loss of any prepaid rental payments. By signing below guest agrees to all terms and conditions of this rental agreement.&nbsp;&nbsp;
