This villa is located in The Yacht Club Villas in Tower 3 on the first floor. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, featuring a convenient breakfast bar overlooking the dining and living areas. The large living room provides a fantastic view of the Waterway and Marina, along with plenty of comfortable seating and a sleeper sofa as well. Step out onto the spacious patio, which overlooks the marina's lawn—a perfect spot to unwind. During the summer season, you can even enjoy the fireworks at Barefoot Landing every Monday night.

The primary bedroom is a haven of comfort, offering a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom, and a TV for your entertainment. The 2nd bedroom features a queen bed with a large flat-screen TV, while the 3rd bedroom also boasts one king and a flat-screen TV. Each bedroom comes with its own bathroom, ensuring privacy and convenience for all guests.

1. Cancellations and Changes: Confirmed reservations may be canceled or changed at any time by contacting us immediately. Upon confirmation of a reservation, the unit is blocked for any further reservations and therefore, the deposit will only be refunded if the unit is re-rented for the same period of time and paid in full. If we are unable to re-rent the unit then all payments will be forfeited. For guests purchasing and covered by Traveler's Insurance: All payments are refunded less the vacation insurance premium and cancellation fee of $125.00. This policy can be modified with management approval only.

2. Reservation Deposit: 50% of the rental amount, reservation fee and the optional travel insurance is necessary to confirm a reservation and must be received on or before the above indicated cancellation date or the reservation will be automatically cancelled. Credit cards are required for reservations that are booked within 30 days of arrival.  Exceptions made by management only. 
3. Peace of Mind Vacation Rental Damage Plan: This Vacation Rental Damage plan covers unintentional damages to the rental unit interior that occur during your stay, provided they are disclosed to management prior to check-out. The policy will pay a maximum benefit of $1000. Any damages that exceed $1000 will be charged to the credit card on file. If, during your stay at one of our Rental Properties, an Insured Person causes any damage to real or personal property of the unit as a result of inadvertent acts or omissions, the Insurer will reimburse the Insured for the cost of repair or replacement of such property up to a maximum benefit of $1000. Certain terms and conditions apply.  Please contact Vacation Rentals of NMB directly if you do not wish to participate in this plan or assignment.
4. Balance Due: The balance must be paid in full thirty (30) or more days prior to arrival date. MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express will be accepted. There is a $50 fee for returned checks.
5. Early Check-In: We do offer early check-ins for those guests requesting a 1:00 pm arrival. There is an extra fee of $125 to cover administrative and housekeeping expenses. If you would like this service, please let us know at least one week in advance to set up the service. No early arrivals will be permitted to check-in unless available, requested and paid in advance.
6. Late Check Out: Check out is promptly 10AM. There is a $50.00 per hour, late check- out fee until 12PM. After 12PM, a full night’s rent will be charged at the advertised rate. Exceptions only at Manager’s discretion.
7. Travel Insurance: Travel Insurance is available to you for your vacation. We offer this optional coverage through Generali Global Assistance. Vacation Rentals of NMB is unable to refund due to Hurricane Evacuations. If you have purchased vacation rental insurance, then Generali will refund based on the number of days under mandatory evacuation. This insurance also protects you and your family if an emergency family illness or death should occur and prohibit you from your vacation. We recommend that you purchase this insurance for your protection. A pamphlet with detailed insurance information can be sent to you upon acceptance of the Generali Travel Protection. You may contact Generali Global Assistance for further information at  Your initial below, agrees that you do not wish to be charged or benefit from the optional travel insurance.

8. Payment Security: Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure e-commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including the credit card number, name and address so that it cannot be read over the internet.
9. Groups and House Parties: House parties and groups with members under the age of 25 are prohibited. We rent to families and responsible adults only. More than the maximum occupancy in any unit is strictly prohibited. The responsible party that has signed this rental agreement must occupy the property during the confirmed dates. Any violation of this policy will result in termination of this rental agreement and/or immediate eviction without refund of any funds.
10. Grilling and fireworks: Fireworks are illegal and Prohibited per Law within city limits. Grill in designated grilling areas only. Grilling on balconies is immediate eviction with NO refund.

11. Pet Friendly Properties: We have a limited number of properties that will allow pets and are noted as such in the description of the property. In order to provide this service, certain rules must be followed. There is a limit of one (1) dog for any pet-friendly property. A non-refundable fee of $200.00 per pet must be received at least 30 days prior to arrival. Pets are not permitted on the furniture or beds. Absolutely NO PETS are permitted in properties that are not designated as pet friendly. If any pets are found in a non pet-friendly property then a $250 damage fee will be charged to cover cleaning. Damages caused by pets will be charged to credit cards on file.
12. Keys: All keys must be picked up and returned to our office at 4930 Village Hill Drive in North Myrtle Beach. There is a fee of $40 for any lost, missing, or unreturned keys.
13. Locksmith: If you are locked out during our normal business hours, call us and we can arrange for a key to be dropped off or picked up. If you are locked out after regular business hours, then you will be charged a lock out charge of $50 per occurrence.
14. Pool Tags: Some of our properties require pool tags. There is a $40 fee for all lost, unreturned or missing pool tags. The North Tower Pool in Barefoot Resorts has a $200.00 security deposit for each pool pass. Credit Card on file will be charged a replacement fee of $200.00 if not returned to our office upon check out.
15. Parking: Parking of campers, trailers, boats and motorcycles are not allowed at some of our locations. Parking is limited to two (2) cars at all condominium locations. Please let us know if you need to park any additional vehicles and we can make special arrangements.
16. Lost and Found: VRNMB is not responsible for any personal items left in the property. Please call us immediately if you have left any items behind so we can try and located your lost item. We can arrange to ship back items for a $25 handling fee and the cost of the shipment. All items not inquired upon within 14 days will be donated to a local charity.
17. Furnishings: All properties are privately owned and furnished according to the owner’s taste and style. We are not responsible for changes made by owners’ in furnishings or equipment. If any equipment or appliances break down during your stay, we will make every effort to repair or restore the equipment as soon as possible. No refunds will be made for mechanical failure or no internet access. Sofa beds are recommended for children and not for adult use!
18. Non Smoking: All units are non-smoking. There will be a charge to the credit card on file in the amount of $250.00 for ionizing if evidence of smoking has been found.
19. Kitchens: All kitchens are equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, range/oven, coffee maker, toaster and sufficient tableware, glasses, cooking utensils, flatware, etc. for everyday cooking and dining. Most have a microwave oven, dishwasher and access to a washer/dryer if it’s not in the unit. We do not guarantee that all items are available at every unit. Please feel free to bring your own personal kitchen items to accommodate your needs.
20. Refrigerators and Freezers: Prior to your arrival, these appliances have been cleaned and might have been left open for a period of time. It can take as long as 24-35 hours for it to restore to the proper temperature. Please check your refrigerator upon arrival and set it at a medium temperature. High temperature settings will cause the unit to freeze the coils and not properly cool the appliance. Please keep the door closed to maximize the proper temperature and avoid loading it with warm food and hot drink bottles and cans. 
21. Departure Cleaning: Prior to departure, we ask our guests to remove all items in the refrigerator and freezer, remove the trash, turn on the dishwasher and return all items to their original place. Failure to abide by these rules will result in an additional cleaning charge of $100.00 or more at
departure. Please lock all doors and windows and leave the property in a secure and orderly condition. Departure maid service has been determined by the size of the property and confirmed at the time of reservation. Additional maid service can be arranged. Please call us for more information.

22. Linens: Linens & towels, along with pillows and blankets are included in all rental properties. Removal of these items for any reason will result in charges for replacements. Daily maid service and towel exchange is not included in your rental. Laundry facilities are available for your use to launder unit linens as needed. Please wash these provided items separately from colored or dark items to avoid staining and color transfer. VRNMB also provides you with a start up pack of toiletries per property. Replenishment throughout your stay is guest responsibility.
23. Rental Items: Cribs, high chairs, rollaway beds, grills, golf carts and more are available for rent from rental companies located in the area. Please see our website for more information.
24. Locked Closets: Many owners have their personal items locked in a closet for their own convenience and use. These are for the HOMEOWNERS USE ONLY. Please do not attempt to open these closets. Any repairs or damage or stolen /used items will be charged to your credit card.
25. Maintenance and Housekeeping: Upon arrival, please check your unit to make sure that it has been cleaned and all appliances are in working order. If there are any issues with Housekeeping or Maintenance, please call our office immediately and we will make every effort to resolve the problem. We will not issue refunds for mechanical breakdowns or unit cleanliness. VRNMB personnel or representatives shall have the right to enter the property during reasonable hours to make repairs or inspections.
26. Unit Changes: In the event that the unit you reserved has been sold or cannot be occupied, VRNMB reserves the right to transfer reservations to a comparable unit or refund advance prepayment. Every effort will be made to contact you prior to arrival. VRNMB is not responsible if you cannot be reached. Tenant agrees to pay any difference in rental amount and not hold owner or agent liable for any, consequential or secondary damages. VRNMB will make sure that there are not any issues and will do our best to accommodate you and your guests.
27. Short Term/Snow Bird Rentals: If you occupy a unit 30 days or more there will be a $50.00 electric cap. Any amount over $50.00 tenant will be responsible to pay the difference. You will need to have a valid credit card on file for the additional fee if any.
For PRE-BOOKING your unit for the following year, please let us know prior to your check out day. We can hold your reservation tentatively with $250.00 advanced booking fee, which will be applied to your total rate.
