Hello, my name is Eric, and I’m thrilled you’re considering our condo for your next vacation on Florida’s beautiful Emerald Coast.  

For over 15 years, my wife and I have been vacationing in this incredible area, and we fell in love with its charm, natural beauty, and laid-back vibe. So much so that we decided to invest in a second home here—and now we’re excited to share our “happy place” with you!  

A little about me: Before diving into real estate in the Atlanta area, I enjoyed a long and successful career as a chef. Hospitality has always been at the heart of what I do, whether it’s creating a memorable dining experience or helping clients find their dream homes.  

When I’m not working, you’ll find me skiing, surfing, boating, or simply enjoying the great outdoors. I also love getting lost in a good book—especially when paired with a view of the Gulf!
