Monica, your hostess, has a degree in Geology from the University of Florida and is a graduate of Culinary Arts School; she is a trained chef and former restaurateur. Monica was also a high school science educator, interior decorator, and a retired National/Pan Am flight attendant.
Tony has a degree in Accounting from UF and a doctorate in Human Resources, is a mechanical and plumbing contractor, former public education administrator and a past officer of Rotary International. They share their living quarters with their dachshunds.
