I’m Gabe, the founder, and I’ve been in real estate since I was 18. I’ve learned that excellent property management takes more than a lockbox code and a cleaning crew.

We got our start helping investors launch and design standout short-term rentals and quickly realized something was missing: dependable, hands-on management from people who actually get it. That’s when we started taking on full-time STR management, and honestly, we haven’t looked back since.

Fast forward to today. We manage both Short Term and Midterm rentals. They’re our sweet spot. Our bread and butter. Our… well, you get it.

We offer complete end-to-end service, from eye-catching design that books guests at first glance to hands-on hosting, maintenance, and guest communication. And we don’t just stop at management. My wife (KiKi) works directly with clients to help them identify, analyze, and purchase the right investment properties from the start. We believe great management starts before the first guest ever checks in.
