House rules:
*Total allowed guests are: 6

*Minimum age of primary renter:  30

*No Events

*No Pets

*Absolutely no smoking

*Please note we will need a copy of the signed rental agreement along with a copy of a legal picture ID for you such as a passport or driver’s license.  See additional house rules there.

*You will be expected to abide by the rules disclosed in the city of La Quinta's Good Neighbor brochure and Legacy Villas HOA rules.

*There are active door & garage cams for security. Deactivating either will result in a fee of up to $1,000.
