SunHost Resorts is a family run operation started in 1982 as Tolliver's Beach Condos. Over the years we have grown to now manage over 140 units along the Gulf Beaches of Tampa Bay. SunHost is also the property manager for Beach Place Condominiums.

Day to day operations are still run by Tim & Tracy Tolliver along with a dedicated staff, many of whom have been with SunHost for 10 years or more.

We specialize in managing individually owned condominiums in the vibrant Madeira Beach area, just steps from the iconic John’s Pass Village and Boardwalk. We offer a wide range of beautifully appointed vacation rental units, including 1, 2, 3, and 4-bedroom options, each providing a unique experience with views that include beachfront, scenic John’s Pass, tranquil inter-coastal, and poolside vistas.
