**DIRECT BEACH ACCESS** The Amazing, Oceanfront View of the Atlantic Ocean from the balcony of our two-bedroom condos is Priceless! These condos come with a fully equipped kitchen for you to prepare meals when you don’t feel like venturing out on the town to try one of our local restaurants. The large living area boasts views for miles and provides seating for all guests to enjoy time together while on vacation. One bedroom features a Queen Bed and it offers a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The other bedroom has a Queen Bed and a full bathroom along the hallway. Additional sleeping arrangements include one sleeper sofa. There is a washer and dryer for your laundering needs located in the hallway as well. The living area and bedrooms all have TVs for your viewing pleasure. These living spaces are set up to be a home away from home while enjoying the Beach!

Water’s Edge Resort is the Perfect Vacation Spot for all Ages. The views are Gorgeous from Every
Oceanfront Balcony. There is a spacious pool deck for sunbathing under the tropical palm trees, an
outdoor pool to take a dip, and an outdoor hot tub for relaxation after a long day at the beach! There is
also an indoor pool and fitness area on the lower level. The Rising Tides Bar located onsite features
Trivia and Karaoke nights for guests to enjoy as well. Don’t forget to speak with the front desk about
renting out our beach games to play while on the beach!

Garden City, SC is a Wonderful Place to Visit! There is shopping, entertainment, dining, and attractions
located just minutes from Water’s Edge Resort. The Garden City Fishing Pier is located only a half a mile
down the Strand where you can fish, win a prize at the arcade, or grab a bite to eat at the grill. The nearby cities of Myrtle Beach and Charleston also feature all kinds of activities. There is Always Fun for ALL that Visit!!!

It was a very clean and nice room we were very satisfied. The only complaint i would have is we were only allowed 1 parking pass as we came in 2 cars. We observed alot of cars with no passes as we went by the rules.We were in a 2 bedroom condo.I think you should get 2 passes for 2 bedroom condo

We love the location, having a parking garage, and security. 

We love staying at Water’s Edge Resort!  The ocean front location is beautiful and close to sites we enjoy visiting such as Brookgreen Gardens and restaurants at Merril’s Inlet.The condo was clean and well appointed with kitchen basics. Management was available and always helpful.

My family had a great time at waters Edge, all the new updates were a great improvement. Will book again.

We love staying at Waters Edge. We especially loved our room this year.

Rental Agreement


By paying the reservation deposit, you are stating that you agree to all terms and conditions of the below agreement.



Deposit – A credit card deposit is required on all reservations. Nightly and Weekly reservations require an advance deposit of 40% of the total rental rate to hold the reservation dates. Final payment including taxes, administrative fee and any additional items is due 30 days prior to your arrival date. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover Credit Cards.



Cancellations- For nightly and weekly reservations, your deposit will be refunded less $125 if cancellation is made at least 30 days prior to arrival. No deposit refunds will be made with less than 30 days' notice. For monthly rentals, your $500 deposit will be refunded less $125 if cancellation is made at least 90 days prior to arrival. No deposit refunds will be made with less than 90 days' notice.



REFUNDS - NO REFUNDS are given for an early departure. At least on occupant of the room MUST be 25 years of age or older. One-week notice is required to make any reservation changes and charges may apply. Your deposit guarantees your dates.  Every attempt is made to provide the room you may have chosen or were originally scheduled in, rooms are subject to change upon availability.

Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money and the party will not be permitted to check in.



Smoking - This is a NON-SMOKING unit. Smoking in all units or on the balconies are strictly prohibited. All WER, INC condo rentals are NON-SMOKING.  Violations of this policy will result in you incurring a $350.00 charge per occurance.



Pets – Pets are not permitted in rental units. Violation of this policy will result in a $500.00 charge per pet.  Any additional damages to the condo caused by a non-authorized pet will be charged to the card on file.



Maximum Occupancy – The maximum number of guests is limited to the number listed above in the confirmation. Violation of this policy may result in the termination of your rental; at which time you will not be entitled to a refunded any monies.



House Parties – If a house party is reported, all guests will be asked to leave immediately with no refund and will be escorted off property by the local authorities.



Parking – Due to limited parking space, we offer ONE parking pass for our 1- & 2-bedroom condos and TWO parking passes for our 3-bedroom condos. NO golf carts are allowed in the parking garage.

PER HOA RULES, NO BIKE TRAILERS ARE ALLOWED IN THE PARKING GARAGE. PARKING IS ALLOWED ALONG THE STREET IN FRONT OF THE GARGAE ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS.



Check-In time is 4pm

If arriving before 4 pm we will supply, you with a pool band so you may enjoy the amenities while your room is being prepared for you. Please keep in mind we cannot guarantee your unit will be ready before the 4pm check in. A cell phone number may be given to the front desk to call you if your unit is ready before 4pm, but again this is not guaranteed.

There is a limited amount of Early check-in slots available for an additional charge. These slots must be reserved in advance by calling the front desk at ext 2.

Please give us an indication of the approximate time of arrival so we can try to accommodate you.



Check-out 10am

Check out time is 10am and strictly enforced. Late departures are subject to charges of an additional fee. Please return keys to the front desk.

There are a limited number of late check out slots available for an additional charge. These must be arranged in advance. These slots must be reserved in advance by calling the front desk at ext 2.



Hurricane/Storm Policy – No Refunds will be given unless:

The state or local authorities order mandatory evacuations in a “Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area affecting the resort
The day the authorities order a mandatory evacuation order for our resort we will refund the following:

Any unused portion of the rent from a guest currently registered
Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and needs to shorten the stay, to come in after the evacuation is lifted
And advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the Evacuation period.


Accidental Damage Protection Plan (Peace of Mind)

All reservations will be charged an Administrative Fee which includes our Accidental Damage Protection Plan (ADPP for short). It will be automatically added to each reservation at time of booking. It is not refunded or applied to future rentals.

The ADPP is limited to a maximum coverage of $1,000 per stay. All guest staying in the property (not to exceed maximum occupancy) will be charged by this plan and will not be obligated to pay for ACCIDENTAL loss or damage to the rental unit or its contents.



The ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE PROTECTION PLAN or (ADPP) is a plan providing guest coverage for accidental damages to the rental unit and/or its contents during your stay through Water’s Edge Resort Inc. and is in place of a security deposit. The plan coverage is mandatory and covers financial burden for losses due to damages that occur accidentally within property while you occupy the residence.



All reservations will be charged an administration fee which includes the above plan (ADPP). The ADPP will be charged to each reservation at the time of booking each stay, is non-refundable, and not to be applied to any other reservations.



The ADPP covers all registered guest staying in the unit (not to exceed maximum occupancy) from unintentional damage to the vacation rental property and will cover up to $1,000 maximum PER STAY. All damages must be reported in writing and at the time it occurs to be qualified for coverage. The staff of Waters Edge Resort Inc. will determine all necessary repairs and if it qualifies as accidental.



In the case that damage exceeds the $1,000 limit Waters Edge Resort Inc. has the right to charge guest’s credit card for any additional cost above the limit.



Actions not covered by the ADPP:

Any willful or intentional acts resulting in property damage, gross negligence and acts of vandalism
Any loss or damage NOT REPORTED by the guest at the time of occurrence.
Normal wear and tear or loss of use
Damage done by unregistered guest, unauthorized groups or evidence of pets (pets not allowed)
Any damages caused by violation of the Water’s Edge Resort Rules and Regulations or those that violate any local, city, state or federal laws.
This plan does not cover damages to guest(s) personal property or rental equipment brought into rental unit.

Damage Waiver/Peace of Mind: $92.00 Per Booking
Hospitality Fee: $1.00 Per Night
Resort Fee: $5.00 Per Night
Departure Clean/Linen Package: $120.00 1-bedroom condo, $150.00 2-bedroom condo, and $180.00 3-bedroom condo Per Booking
Linens are furnished at the beginning of your stay that includes sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, washcloths, bathmats, and a kitchen towel set.  You will also recieve starter toilet paper, paper towel, trash bags, and a dishwashing packet.



Housekeeping

Departure maid service is included in rental rate. Most units are equipped with vacuum and/or broom. Cleaning supplies are not provided. We request that the unit be prepared for departure by emptying the refrigerator, removing all trash, and starting the dishwasher.

Daily housekeeping can be provided at an additional cost. Inquire at the front desk.



Maintenance / Repairs / Refunds

WER does not guarantee all equipment in our units to always work throughout your stay with us. Everything should be working upon arrival but if not please report any deficiencies to the front desk promptly. Once reported WER will make every reasonable effort to make any repairs in a timely manner. NO refunds, Discounts, or Credits of rent will be issued for mechanical or electrical failures. These items include but not limited to heating/cooling (HVAC) systems, appliances, electric, internet service, and plumbing.



Amenities

Pools and hot tubs are for the guests and homeowners of the Water’s Edge Resort ONLY. Pool bands are only for registered guests in each unit. Water's Edge Resort, INC does not have any control over the resort operations or amenities.



By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
