The best feature of this house is the location but once inside it is dreary-the lights were not working when we arrived and the basement had a flood-the airconditioner filters were so impacted that they were a heath hazard- the outdoor tables were unusable due to mold.

Had a very good extended family stay at the beach. The house was spacious and well-located near to the beach and town. The large screened porch on the front of the house was ideal for family dinners and game nights.

15 Park is a comfortable older style home. It affords plenty of sleeping arrangements. It's no fa cy but more than adequate.Wonderful porch which provides additional living space. Plenty of off street parking. The porch could use a paint job.
