Great place only downside is that they didn’t put key fob in packet so we couldn’t use the pool.

We loved this place. Spacious, clean, with a nice wide open kitchen. We had a great stay. It's walkable to Rehoboth but private and set off enough to have some privacy. We even received a little welcome bag from the owners with a personalized note. Very sweet gesture.

We arrived to find a paper back full of trash at the entrance. The property was not as clean as we had expected. There was dried food in the kitchen drawers. Dirt and crayon markings on the walls in the living room and on the steps leading to the third floor bedrooms. I didn’t expect to have to do a proper cleaning on the first day of vacation. ...

First the positive. Clean and spacious. Now the negative. 3 small tvs with only 3 channels. Furniture that looks like it’s from a thrift shop. Upstairs bed is like sleeping on a board. 3 coffee makers and only 2 mugs. AC for top 2 floors didn’t work for 2.5 days and it was 79 degrees and unbearable to sleep.
