Non-Refundable Policy: The rental is fully non-refundable, except if the unit becomes uninhabitable due to fire, flood, storm, or other natural events before the rental period starts. Refunds for Force Majeure: If a natural disaster, war, or other catastrophic event causes the resort to close or the unit to become uninhabitable, a 50% refund will be issued, minus administrative, platform, credit card, and tax fees. No further compensation will be provided.
