Our agent Kim at Berkshire Hathaway has always been amazing to us. We have been working with her for at least 8 years. This rental at 109 Sunspot has an awesome view from the deck of the ocean/sunrises. We bring 2 golden retrievers and they love coming to the beach!

This is our 5th year staying at Sunspot 109 and it has become our happy place, our second home. The condo is absolutely perfect for us, we love eating our meals at the table in front of the window so we can watch the ocean. The bed is extremely comfortable and the unit is very clean and quiet, can't imagine staying anywhere else.

This rental permitted my 2 Golden’s. Great view of the beach and ocean from the deck/porch. Kitchen has frig, stove, microwave and coffee maker. Basic needs are met and then some, after all you are at the beach!
