This stunning 4-story townhome boasts a lower level with a garage area accessible from one entrance. On the main level, you'll find another entrance from Lions Gate Dr, along with a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, a bonus room, a balcony, and a convenient half bathroom. The second floor houses all the bedrooms and full bathrooms, featuring a primary bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a second bedroom with a queen bunk bed, and a third bedroom with three twin bunk beds, with a shared bathroom in the hallway. The upper level offers an outdoor deck with a private hot tub and a table seating six people. We want to ensure our guests' comfort during their stay, and though this property does not have air conditioning, we have provided fans in each sleeping area to help keep you cool and comfortable throughout your visit.

To ensure an extra clean sleeping experience, this property employs the Triple Sheet Method, using two sheets to encase the comforter, which gets washed between each and every guest.

Winter Park Resort, a mere 5 minutes away, is easily accessible through the FREE resort shuttle, which drops you off in the heart of the resort base village. Here, you can indulge in skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and various summer activities. The nearby Grand Park Rec Center offers an array of amenities, including multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, a full gym with an indoor track, a vast rock climbing wall, a gymnasium, and a children's playground. Adjacent to the Rec Center, you'll find The Foundry, a fantastic venue with a bowling alley, movie theater, and a brick oven pizza bar.

For the comfort of all guests, smoking and pets are not allowed on the premises. 


If you’re traveling with a larger group, we have two other 4-bedroom townhomes just a few doors away in the same Arrow at Lions Gate complex.

The nightly rate is based on occupancy of up to 8 people, and any additional guests incur a charge of $15 per person per night (to be added upon reservation confirmation).

We kindly urge guests traveling to Grand County to stay informed about the latest updates on fire restrictions in the area, and we strictly prohibit open fires on the property. However, feel free to use the provided propane BBQ for your culinary delights.

Please be aware that if you arrive by train, there is no on-site facility for luggage storage.

We loved the rental. The property was absolutely beautiful and new and clean. It was stocked with everything we could possibly need. The location was perfect and within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The management team was so helpful and responded very quickly! The only downside of the property was it was definitely not 3 bedrooms. It was more like 2 bedrooms and a closet with three beds stacked high. The third room didn’t even have a door for privacy- just sheer curtains. Other than that we were very pleased! 

We had a great time staying at this beautiful townhouse. Charlotte was so easy to reach and we were able to check in early with ease. Everything is so accessible and within minutes drive. We highly recommend. 

This property was perfect for 4 nights, guys ski trip.  The condo had everything we needed.  Garage fit a full size truck and minivan.  The hot tub on the roof was perfect.  Will stay again!

Stayed here with a group of guys for a guys' trip. The place was perfect for that. Scenic views from the hot tub. Walkable to a lot of stuff. Short drive to Winter Park.

Such a great spot! The views, rooms, living room, hot tub were amazing! Everything is top notch high quality! Garage is a difficult turn and you may not be able to get a full sized truck into it. Didn’t have some amenities like cooking oil.

SECURITY DEPOSIT. In addition to the Total Rent, "Renter" shall provide to "Owner" a security deposit ("Security Deposit") in the amount of two hundred and fifty dollars ($250.00), to be held as cash or as a credit card hold. The Security Deposit shall be refunded to "Renter" in full provided that no accidental damage has been caused to the Property, fixtures, furniture, electronics, gaming systems/games, linen, towels, or personal property therein, and provided further that all items of personal property in the Property are accounted for upon "Renter's" departure. In the event of any damage or loss as described above, "Owner's" Agent shall notify "Renter" in writing or electronically within thirty (30) days following the check-out date, and "Owner" shall have the right to offset the Security Deposit by the costs of repair or replacement. Should such costs exceed the Security Deposit, the "Damage Waiver" shall be invoked up to the amount of one thousand dollars ($1,000.00). "Renter" shall be liable to "Owner" for any costs exceeding one thousand dollars ($1,000.00), including reasonable attorney's fees. The Security Deposit shall not cover damages caused by pets, smoking, theft, vandalism, or gross negligence attributable to "Renter".

CANCELLATIONS. No refunds shall be provided for early departure, enclement weather, or road closures. Cancellations made more than sixty (60) days prior to the check-in date will result in a full refund of the "Total Rent" , less a cancellation fee of 25%. Cancellations made within 60 days of the check-in date will be refunded under the same conditions, but only if the Property is rebooked for the same term. If only a portion of the term is rebooked, a proportionate amount of the "Total Rent" will be refunded based on the portion rebooked. No refunds shall be provided for inoperable appliances, pools, hot tubs, elevators, etc., though "Owner" and Winter Park Management LLC shall endeavor to ensure that such amenities remain in good working order. Furthermore, no refunds shall be issued due to illnesses, injuries, power blackouts, highway closures, pandemics, closure of Winter Park Resort, or mandatory evacuation orders issued by Grand County officials due to potentially hazardous conditions. It is strongly recommended that "Renter" purchase a travel insurance policy to mitigate any such occurrences.

Renter must be at least 25 years of age. Fraternities, school groups, civic organizations, or any other non-family groups are prohibited unless prior approval is obtained from WPM

Pets and smoking are strictly prohibited inside the Property or on its balcony. Violation of this provision shall result in a mandatory deep cleaning fee of $500.00, in addition to any associated cleaning or relocation costs for subsequent guests.

GENERAL TERMS. Any disturbance resulting in complaints, police intervention, illegal activities, damage to the Property, or violation of this Agreement or any rules and regulations governing the Property shall constitute sufficient cause for immediate termination of "Renter's" occupancy, and all rent and deposits paid shall be forfeited. "Owner" shall not be liable for loss, theft, or damage to "Renter's" belongings or for personal injury to "Renter" or any member of "Renter's" party while on the Property. "Renter" agrees to promptly notify "Owner" or "Owner's" agent of any maintenance issues that arise during the occupancy period. "Owner" shall have the right of access to rental for repair and maintenance during reasonable hours. In the event of an emergency, "Owner" or "Owner's" agent may enter at any time to protect life and prevent damage to the property.. Each party acknowledges that the Property is individually owned and managed, and "Owner" has provided the best possible description thereof. In the event that "Renter" is dissatisfied with the Property, "Owner" shall have no obligation to refund any rent or to transfer "Renter" to an alternate location. All notices required or permitted under this Agreement, including cancellation notices, shall be in writing and sent by email, facsimile, or U.S. Mail to Winter Park Management LLC. This Agreement may be executed in counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original and all of which together shall constitute one final Agreement. This Agreement may be executed and delivered via facsimile or email, and facsimile or electronic signatures shall be deemed acceptable and binding upon the parties. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Colorado, and any legal action to enforce its terms shall be brought in the appropriate venue in Colorado. The prevailing party in any such action shall be entitled to an award of costs and attorneys' fees from the non-prevailing party.
