This cute split level unit sleeps a max of 6 and is 1/10th of a mile to the convention center, beach, shopping, restaurants, and arcade. This unit is the back unit (326 is the front unit) which has direct access to the shared back yard. The kitchen includes oven/stove, microwave, and coffee pot. The living room has a Smart TV, new living room furniture. In this uit there is a Mini-Split (Electric Heat/Air Conditioning downstairs). Upstairs has cadet heaters in each room and fans.
