Spacious house in a great location. Close to town but in a quiet neighborhood.The house was not as cleaned as we expected. Garbages had not been emptied. Dead bugs in several rooms.
Our stay at this property was very pleasant. The condo was clean and well maintained. The towels and supplies provided were more than adequate and appreciated. A wonderful spacious home with very comfortable beds in each room as well as a variety of comfortable pillows. kitchen had everything we needed. Outdoor space was perfect for soaking in the hot tub and watching the stars. Location was tranquil and perfect for exploring Moab and surrounding areas. it was almost very good. a couple issues that kept us up late at night on two of the four nights. spent an hour at 1230am controlling water so the property would not have damage.

This is a lovely condo in a very nice neighborhood about 10 minutes south of Moab. It is just below a small hiking trail and just above the golf course. It is well kept and well equipped.
