Parking – Please be courteous to our neighbors, and only park in the driveway.

Cleaning: The property will be cleaned and inspected after your departure. We ask you to please strip all beds used, start a load of dirty towels, load dishwasher, and  put all trash in receptacles. Doing so will help our cleaning crew and is expected of our guests.

If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains on furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees. 

Garbage and Recycling – Garbage and recycling cans are located to the right side of the house. Please make sure all waste is in a bag before you deposit it in the right receptacle.

Smoking – Please do not smoke in the house. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. 

Pets – No pets other are allowed. If any sign of unauthorized pets is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee. Pets will NOT be left in the property unattended. 

Quiet Hours – This is a very quiet residential neighborhood, so please keep noise to a minimum, especially from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. No parties, excessive noise, or any illegal activity is permitted at the property.

Damages and Breakages – Any damage or breakages must be reported to the Manager before departure. Any situation which may threaten the safety of you or the neighbors should be reported immediately to the Manager.

If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and too bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. 

Common areas have Sound Monitoring Devices- They do not record, they monitor sound levels. Any attempt to turn off, damage, disrupt or remove these devices will lead to fines and/or eviction without a refund. 

Safely Damage protection insurance is included in the price.

By booking you give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to screen your identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest screening can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions.
