This unit 5108 is beyond excellent. The kitchen is very well equipped. There's a lot of seating for a large family. There is a full sized washer and dryer in a laundry room. The owner made beach toys, a beach chair and an umbrella available. The view from the balconies and the living room is fantastic

The condo was beautiful, updated and clean. The view was great as well! We always love staying in the Palmetto Dunes area. This was one of our favorite condos and I would stay again. I don't really watch tv at the beach but that was the only complaint guests in my party had. The tvs are ancient and the system is not easy to use.

Cancellation Policy- Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to arrival by Guest for villa/condominium rentals and 60 days or more prior to arrival for private home rentals, will receive a refund of any deposit paid, less an administrative fee of $75.00.
