Born and raised in Danbury Connecticut, Paul and his wife have decided to spend their winters in beautiful Venice Florida. Starting with a condo and then upgrading to a house. He then decided to rent out the condo. Since Paul comes from a business background, it wasn’t long before he realized he had a knack at being a landlord. Soon one condo became two and continued to multiply. He is now adding houses to his portfolio. Paul and his wife now permanently live in Venice only 5 minutes away from the house if anything is ever needed.
