We’ve been coming to the Rio Del Mar area for many years and this location was a favorite. The home, right at the sand and waters edge was everything we hoped for.

Location wonderful. Home is old and needs a deep clean, new furnishings and lacking in good pillows. One shower leaks all over the floor, futon almost impossible to sleep on and the general lighting is awful. Gas stove was leaking gas and we had to call a plumber. One bathroom had no towels and they were never delivered. Ants were a problem, gue...

this was our 4th year renting this beautiful home. We have made several memories at the property and planning to make more as long as it rents out. we love this place.

Overall this home is a lovely home and the Agent Reps at Cheshire Rio did an excellent job of tending to our concerns.
