Clean and comfortable place to stay in the middle of all the action of Savannah.

Place was great and Chaz was very accommodating. Leak in the original unit so he had to move us around and he was able to make it work. Great location.

The place itself was nice and matched the photos. The A/C was broken in one bedroom so we had to leave the bedroom door open. They did offer to get us a new apartment though but my son and husband did not want to pack everything up so we stayed there. They offered a partial refund for the trouble. The place was beautiful and in a great great location. And that was one of the best things about it. You do have to go up two flights of stairs. But other than that, very nice place.

I am a SCAD alum so I am extremely familiar with Savannah. This place was amazing - it’s definitely a nice spot, comfortable beds, all of it! As stated, it is on the 3rd floor, but the two sets of stairs didn’t phase me (I’m 25), and the area is great, but it is around a lot of the Savannah nightlife, which I didn’t mind (I’m a deep sleeper).
