The property is in a perfect spot to go and enjoy the Sea Lab, Fort Gaines, and a short distance to the very secluded East End Public Beach. It is within a short walking distance of the Audubon bird sanctuary. You may also enjoy boating, swimming, fishing, and crabbing from your private Spanish Bay dock.
