This property has been our home away from home for several years and never disappoints. It's clean and well maintained with all the necessities needed for a comfortable stay. A first floor location steps from the pool and exercise room is perfect. The management company folks are always friendly and helpful.
We have been renting this property for the last six years during the month of March. It's in a perfect location, close to the pool and no stairs to climb. The owners are wonderful to work with and we look forward each year to seeing what new improvements they have made to the condo. I highly recommend this property.
Second annual March at Bay Mariner. Great location, fun activities, directly across the street from beach entrance and next to the inland waterway. Everything we enjoy.
We really enjoyed our really is a great location.I love being near the water. With the inter coastal right there with docks and the ocean across the street, who could ask for more. Shopping and food just steps away. Sorry to leave..

Our third year of this rental for month of March. Some excellent upgrades in the unit re: furniture and tv. Condo association and management company did great job of keeping the building and grounds as safe as possible as we descended into the covid19 life change. We definitely would return.

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION - All cancellations are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Any cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival, 60 days prior to arrival for a monthly rental, is subject to a forfeiture of all monies paid unless we are able to re-rent the property.
