It is the perfect location!!! We love going to Largo Central Park nature preserve. To John's pass and kayaking and the mangroves. This was our second time staying in this condo. We love it!!!

The condo was as described. We have stayed in Beach Palms several times, but the 1st time in 505. The only negative was people smoking on the balcony directly under us.
We have always had a fantastic experience with Florida Vacation Rentals. We have had seamless staff assistance , clean and true to pictures in every condo we have stayed in. The rental policy is realistic and manageable. There are no surprises!!

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION - All cancellations are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Any cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival, 60 days prior to arrival for a monthly rental, is subject to a forfeiture of all monies paid unless we are able to re-rent the property.
