Ko Olina offers a distinct alternative to the Waikiki and Honolulu beaches. In addition to the Beach Villas at Ko Olina on the 2nd lagoon, the Marriott Beach Club at Ko Olina is located on the 3rd lagoon and the Disney Aulani and Ko Olina Four Seasons are on the 1st lagoon. A meandering pathway winds along the lagoons and is a lovely 1 ½ mile walk from start to finish. Waikiki and Honolulu are about 25 miles away and close enough to take advantage of their dining, nightlife and entertainment.

Cancellations after initial payments are made but before 60 days of the reservation’s arrival date are eligible for a full refund with written notification to Beach Villa Realty prior to 60 days of arrival.
