Completed in July of 2006, this deluxe 3 bedroom 3 bath condo comes with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a fully equipped kitchen, and granite bath surrounds. It has a king bed in the master bedroom with a Sealy iComfort mattress. The other 2 bedrooms each have a queen bed. The kitchen has a small breakfast bar area that can sit 3. The living room has 2 sleeper sofas. This unit has its own personal wrap around balcony with great views and a table with 4 chairs.
