It has a king bed in the bedroom, with a Sealy iComfort mattress, and the kitchen has a breakfast bar that can sit 4. The living room has 2 sleeper sofas. This unit has its own personal wrap around balcony with great unobstructed views of the gulf and a table with 4 chairs.
