Cancellations Your initial deposit is a 50%. You will be charged at time of booking. Final payment is automatically charged 30 days prior to arrival. Your reservation must be canceled at least 30 days prior to check in date to receive a full refund. Cancellations between 7 – 30 days prior to check in, will receive at 50% refund for all nights. Cancellations less than 7 days prior to check in are non-refundable.
