CANCELLATION PENALTIES: * More than 60 days before check in 30% penalty of total rent * 59-30 days before check in 50% penalty of total rent * Less than 30 days before check in 100% penalty of total rent **In all cases dates may be changed, subject to availability, and paying any difference in fare plus a $50 USD change fee. Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years are non refundable reservations.
