This large multi-level home home is packed with extras, including an EV Charger!

On the main level, you will find a king bedroom suite and fully stocked kitchen, dining area, and living room as you first walk in. There is also a laundry room, walk-in closet, master bath, master king room, and an outdoor patio/backyard on the main level with a private spa. On the second level you will find a large seating area with a smart TV. To the left, there is a bedroom with access to a patio area with outdoor seating. Around the corner is a room with a total of 5 beds; a full bed, a full bunk bed, and a single twin bed. Next to this room is a large bathroom. Next to the bathroom, is a spacious room with a king bed, a twin/full bunk bed, and a large walk-in bathroom attached. High-Speed Internet - 500mbps fiber is provided. All TVs are smart TVs. 220 outlet for an EV in the garage.

There is NO trailer, boat, or RV parking within Coral Ridge. The community is highly enforced and any vehicles found in violation will be towed and fined.

Great accommodations, just perfect for our ski getaway to BrianHead!!!

We typically head to St. George every spring when the kids get out of school. It's hard to find a place that can comfortably accommodate all 14 of us, but Natasha's place really blew us a way, and I think we've found our favorite St. George spot! 

Having two separate living rooms was a touch we really enjoyed. It allowed everyone to spread out and kind of do their own thing.  I was also pleasantly surprised that there were actual mattresses under some of the beds, so everyone really was able to have their own bed and sleep comfortably. 

Since it was Spring Break, the subdivision was pretty packed. Since there were two pools and two hot tubs, it was easy to accommodate all the extra people. During the first half of the week, one of the pools was actually quite cold and one of the hot tubs looked a little strange, but we still used both. A resident happened to be at the pool and she pointed out that the hot tub was not supposed to look like that, and that both pools were actually supposed to be warm. She talked to someone and the problem was fixed when we came back the next day! 

We really enjoyed our stay and will be back soon!
