The first word that comes to mind is WOW - what an amazing home for our family vacation. We had a party of 14 with 10 adults and 4 children and there was plenty of space for all of us. The home was immaculate, organized and very spacious. The thought and personal touches that went into every detail was so much appreciated, we had everything we needed. The pool, spa and outdoor space was well maintained and the community pool was only a short walk away from our front door. The communication from our host Debra was top notch and she was always helpful in answering any question we had. I am so incredibly happy that the choice we made when selecting this home turned out to be so much more than I expected. I would definetly reccommend Big R's Villa for your vacation and I look forward to returning in the future. The only thing I would change in the future is to stay much longer!!!! This was our first time staying in Big R's Villa, and it was a great experience. We had a group of 16, and the house held all of us comfortably. I will say that the women in our group our very peculiar about the cleanliness of our vacation homes; this is the first time that I did not hear one complaint. The house was immaculately clean. The villa was very spacious especially the way the downstairs is configured and gave us all the ability to be in the kitchen, dining, and living room area together. The kids really enjoyed the pool which was well-maintained and nice retreat on the hot summer days. The upstairs was a fun environment for the kids as they played on the arcade and Foosball table. Debra was a good communicator throughout our stay checking in on us by text and even offering helpful suggestions when I had a question about local cuisine. The resort amenities were nice, and the kids really enjoyed the mini water park area while the adults liked the lazy river. All of this was just a short walk from the house. I highly recommend staying here if you find yourself needing a large, clean, and comfortable home in this area. Thanks Ralph and Debra for a great time!

This was our second time staying at this property and it won’t be the last. The house is meticulously maintained, cleaned and organized. The communication is also top notch, with fast responses and easy interactions. Check in and check out was a breeze and parking was plenty since street parking was allowed and the garage was also available.

Wow! Wow! Wow!
Each year for the past 6 years, I have hosted a women's retreat in Kissimmee. We get a big house, fix great food, have wonderful conversations and enjoy our time together. We don't go out to any of the area attractions, so the space we occupy is of great importance.

Over the years,  we have retreated at a different house (with mixed reviews) and Big Ralph's villa is amongst the best, if not the best we have had the pleasure of experiencing.

Ralph and Debra have curated a wonderful home that is comfortable, super clean, stylish, well stocked and well organized. Good vibes all around.

Their attention to detail and personalized touches are stellar and they don't "nickel and dime" you for use of the BBQ grill and heating the saltwater spa and pool.
They are definitely a class act.
