We both have a degree in Hotel Management and met almost 30 years ago at the Dorint Hotel in Bitburg, Germany. We traveled the world and worked in different hotels in the UK, US and Europe. We have always dreamed about owning a Bed and Breakfast. We settled in a small village in northern Germany where we got married and had 2 girls - Janine and Julia.
