This property is disgusting, mold on everything, dust on fans that where in the room to cool the room because air was broken, called maintenance and he text me to unplug the unit and plug it back in to see if it would work, stated that it could not be turned below 70 or it would turn off for 4 hours, beds were filthy. Linens were 20 plus years old....

Pleased with location. I would give room a 4 out of 5 for cleanliness. Air conditioner in bedroom area did not work, but living area air kept rooms fairly cool. Place to pick up and drop off keys was inconvenient. Happy with stay.
You have to check in to get your keys at a another location than where you’re staying. Without a car it cost an estimated extra $20 for a Lyft. Same situation when returning the keys. Check in was supposed to be between 3-5 pm. Our room wasn’t ready at 4, and they said they have until 5. It would have been nice to know that ahead of time so that I ...

Check in was great and easy! I was nervous when I read the reviews about the room but it was very clean and we had no problems. Thank you for a great vacation!

Cancellation Should you have to cancel your reservation for any reason, let us know immediately. We will attempt to re-rent your property. A full refund of your deposit will be made if cancellation is more than 14 days prior to your arrival. (If your reservation is more than 30 days long, we require a 30-day cancellation notice to receive a full refund.) Cancellation less than 14 days prior to arrival MUST be re-rented before a refund will be made. You are not guaranteed a refund should you cancel less than 14 days out.
