Flexible Cancellation Policy In the event of unforeseen circumstances, cancellation must be notified by email by the party leader whose name appears on the booking form. Cancellation will incur the following: Cancelling up to 30 days before arrival 100% refundable minus $10 processing refund fee. Cancelling up to 14 days before arrival all monies will be refunded minus $250 dollars or the cost of the first night stay whatever is Higher. If full cancellation or individual nights is given 13 days out from arrival date 50 % of total rental amount...
