It became increasingly evident that we could excel at this endeavor ourselves. This realization led us to take the reins, managing bookings firsthand, curating our own dedicated cleaning crew, and personally overseeing the check-in and check-out processes. Huge, comfy new sectional, cozy area rug, tons of throw pillows and 75” smart TV set the stage for great conversation, game night, or bingeing sports/movies with your favorite peeps.

Send the kids upstairs to their own hangout space! Large separate game loft with tons of board games, fooseball table, 75” TV, beautiful mountain view and comfy seating.

LAUNDRY/WORK/PLAY SPACE:
Laundry room also has workspace for last minute Zoom calls! Includes a desk with chair. Also has a fun kids corner with Lego table, blocks, trucks, and play mat/mural.

Move the party outside to the native-landscaped side yard featuring mountain view, interlocking pavers, oversized patio seating, gas grill, yard games, and 3-hole putting green.
 
INCLUDED WITH YOUR VACATION HOME:
The home includes Spectrum cable TV and high speed WiFi (Free WiFi). Kitchen equipped with appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, crock pot, tea kettle, traditional drip/single serve coffee maker (ground beans or K-Cups), toaster, blender, Nutribullet grain/rice cooker.
 
KITCHEN:
The home includes the following amenities to accommodate the max number (8) of guests:  dining, cooking and serving essentials including plates, bowls, flatware, wine and drinking glasses, mugs, cooking utensils, pots/pans, and kitchen accessories such as can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons bar tools, grill tools, and more. Basic spices, salt and pepper, olive oil provided.

HOUSE SUPPLIES:
Your rental will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, laundry pods.
 
OTHER ITEMS:
The property is equipped with a specific quantity of bath and pool towels to accommodate the max occupancy of the home. The bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. There are also fully equipped laundry rooms with washer, dryer. Ironing boards and irons in master bedroom closet and secondary master closet upstairs.
 
COMMUNITY ACCESS:
You will have access to the community pool as well.  Outdoor living/BBQ area, Fitness center, Bocce ball and shuffleboard. (Key FOBs are in the home)
 
LOCATION:
Less than 4 miles from the Empire Polo Grounds; minutes from the La Quinta Resort, Indian Wells Tennis Garden, Old Town La Quinta, and all the La Quinta golf courses. Highway 111 is close with Costco, Target, Coffee Bean, and Starbucks, among many other chains and local favorites. Less than 15 minutes form I-10, you can quickly head to Palm Springs, nearby casinos and other Coachella Valley destinations.

GUEST ACCESS-
Guests have access to the townhome, private side yard, and Signature community amenities. The rental is accessible using a keyless system that allows entry into the home through your entire stay. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier so that you can start your vacation as soon as possible!

                    - FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS -
WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT?
Check in is after _4pm_____ local time, and check out is _11am_____. Early check in and late check out may be available for your reservation.  There is no extra fee for early check in, or, late check out (If we can accommodate your request, we most certainly will!)
 
WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?
Our homes are keyless entry, we issue a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation.
 
DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE?
Cleaning is performed at the end of your stay. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.
 
IS THE COMMUNITY POOL HEATED?
Yes, during the winter the pool is kept around 84 degrees and the hot tub is pre set to 101 degrees.
 
CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME?
We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.
 
DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?
No we do not.  Our home has noise limit requirements set by the HOA.  We do recommend bringing your own Bluetooth speaker to enjoy!
 
DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
No cats, certain non-shedding hypoallergenic dogs 25 pounds or less will be considered at an additional fee.

Casa de Foreplay is an amazing roomy space that’s super clean, stylish, and full of amenities in an area that feels like you’re on permanent vacation. Expect a brand new home with comfortable beds, a pool and hot tub nearby, and a communicative, friendly host. One of the top Airbnb’s I’ve stayed at- and the home and area are family friendly to boot. Hope to return soon.

This is a perfect townhome for a family or group getaway, multi-family stay, etc. very private end unit with large side yard great for bbq’s and cocktails in the evening. Fun amenities for kids or kids at heart - tons of games, and a very short walk to pool/clubhouse. Well equipped kitchen and everything is brand new. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Enjoyed our stay at Casa de Fore! Play!  Brand new house, with all new furnishings, in a great location. House had a wonderful backyard with yard games for our kids and a large table we had dinners on.  Easy walk to the pool and gym. Kitchen was well stocked. The kids loved the upstairs loft to play games. Would definitely recommend

Our stay was fantastic. All guests are carefully scrutinized the property gate security guard and I felt our safety was considered. There was always ample parking. The home was easy to access with hassle-free keyless entry and we noticed tasteful decor immediately. Also every amenity was anticipated from  shampoos, soaps and conditioners to individually wrapped make-up remover wipes. I loved the golfball-sized round ice for drinks. Lovely private patio with bbq grill. Also. A much appreciated first aid kit!

Bring a pool float! The community pool at the club house was crystal blue and good sized. Needs more shade poolside but the fountains and furnishings and scale of everything are excellent. 

Notes-
-This home is very close to stores and restaurants
-Our group enjoyed drinks and breakfast on golf course at Ernie’s. Ernie’s is allergy accommodating and walkable. 
-Our group took an Uber to tasty tapas type dinner at Cork and Fork. 
-Live music at local casino

Enjoyed our stay here.  Perfect location to enjoy La Quinta and PGA West facilities.
Positive: Perfect location for our plans.  House was almost new, great condition.  Well stocked with everything we needed.
Negative: Was a bit dusty, could use a deep clean.

THE PARTIES. This Short-Term Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) made on {{reservation_date}} between the following:

Host: Memories4Life Managment Corp (“Host”).

THE PREMISES. The Host agrees to lease the described property below to the Guest, and the Guest agrees to rent from the Host:

Hereinafter known as the “Premises.”
&nbsp;
LEASE TERM. The Guest shall be allowed to occupy the Premises starting {{checkin_date}} from {{checkin_time}} and ending {{checkout_date}} at {{checkout_time}} (“Lease Term”).
QUIET HOURS. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until 8am. Quiet hours consist of no music, audible devices and keeping all audio at a minimum level (60 decibles) out of respect for the surrounding residents. Daytime from 8am until 10pm has a 70 decible limit. If security is called and you are found to be in violation of the noise ordinance, you are subject to the fine they impose, which can reach up to $3,000.&nbsp;
PARKING: You are allowed 1 street parking spot (La Quinta only). Any fines/ticket assessed by the HOA for illegal parking and/or speeding with be taken out of the deposit
RULES FOR POOL (If Applicable): 1. Absolutely no diving or jumping into pool. Pool depth ranges from 3-5’ max in depth and seriously harm could come from jumping, diving, or flipping. 2. Children must not be left unattended in the backyard. 3. No glass around pool – non glass drinkware and dishes can be found on property. RELEASE &amp; WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT You understand that you accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and all accidents that may happen on the property and hold the owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers with swimming and may present a danger to adults who consume medication, alcohol, or drugs and children who are not carefully supervised. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against the owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming, exposure to any of our plants that can be poisonous if eaten, or any other activities on the property. Renter shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the property owner, its respective affiliates and partners from and against all demands, suits, judgments, settlements, claims, damages to persons and/or property, fines, liens, losses, and other liabilities, including attorneys' fees arising out of or in any way related to your stay in our property and its surrounding land including claims for loss or damage to any property or for death or injury to any individual. owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to the property.&nbsp;
OCCUPANTS. The total number of individuals staying on the Premises during the Lease Term shall be a total of {{number_of_guests}} guests.
If more than the authorized number of guests listed above are found on the Premises, this Agreement will be subject to termination by the Host.
BOOKING FEES. The Guest shall pay the Host the amount as detailed during the booking process.
UTILITIES. The Host shall be responsible for all utilities and services to the Premises EXCEPT for the following: None.
SECURITY DEPOSIT. The Guest shall be obligated to pay the following amounts upon the execution of this Agreement: $1000
Security Deposit amount as detailed in the booking process. The Security Deposit is for the faithful performance of the Guest under the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Guest must pay the Security Deposit at the execution of this Agreement. The Security Deposit shall be returned to the Guest within the State's requirements after the end of the Lease Term less any itemized deductions. This Security Deposit shall not be credited towards any Rent unless the Host gives their written consent. Security Deposit may be held for security violations, damage to property, damage to personal items and fines incurred while on premises.
&nbsp;PETS. The Host does not allow pets: There are no pets allowed on the Premises. If the Guest is found to have pets on the Premises, this Agreement and any Security Deposit shall be forfeited.
SMOKING POLICY. Smoking on the Premises is prohibited. Fines may be assessed or taken from deposit.

SUBLETTING. The guest does not have the right to sublet the Premises.
INSPECTION. The Host has the right to inspect the Premises with prior notice as in accordance with State law. Should the Guest violate any of the terms of this Agreement, the rental period shall be terminated immediately in accordance with State law. The Guest waives all rights to process if they fail to vacate the premises upon termination of the rental period. The Guest shall vacate the Premises at the expiration time and date of this agreement.
MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS. The Guest shall maintain the Premises in a good, clean, and ready-to-rent condition and use the Premises only in a careful and lawful manner. The Guest shall leave the Premises in a ready to rent condition at the expiration of this Agreement, defined by the Host as being immediately habitable by the next Guest. The Guest shall pay for maintenance and repairs should the Premises be left in a lesser condition. The Guest agrees that the Host shall deduct costs of said services from any Security Deposit prior to a refund if Guest causes damage to the Premises or its furnishings.
TRASH. The Guests shall dispose of all waste material generated during the Lease Term under the strict instruction and direction of the Host.&nbsp;&nbsp;
QUIET ENJOYMENT. Quiet enjoyment hours are from 10PM to 8AM. There may not be any music or audible devices during this timeframe. The Guest, along with neighbors, shall enjoy each other’s company in a quiet and respectful manner to each other’s enjoyment. The Guest is expected to behave in a civilized manner and shall be good neighbors with any residents of the immediate area. Creating a disturbance of the area by large gatherings or parties shall be grounds for immediate termination of this Agreement.
HOST’S LIABILITY. The Guest and any of their guests hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Host against any and all claims of personal injury or property damage or loss arising from the use of the Premises regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss. The Guest expressly recognizes that any insurance for property damage or loss which the Host may maintain on the property does not cover the personal property of Guest and that Guest should purchase their own insurance for their guests if such coverage is desired.
ATTORNEY’S FEES. The Guest agrees to pay all reasonable costs, attorney's fees, and expenses that shall be made or incurred by the Host enforcing this agreement.
&nbsp;USE OF PREMISES. The Guest shall use the Premises for residential use only. The Guest is not authorized to sell products or services on the Premises or conduct any commercial activity.
ILLEGAL ACTIVITY. The Guest shall use the Premises for legal purposes only. Any other such use that includes but is not limited to illicit drug use, verbal or physical abuse of any person or illegal sexual behavior shall cause immediate termination of this Agreement with no refund of pre-paid Rent.
POSSESSIONS. Any personal items or possessions that are left on the Premises are not the responsibility of the Host. The Host shall make every reasonable effort to return the item to the Guest. If claims are not made within the State’s required time period or two (2) weeks, whichever is shorter, the Host shall be able to keep such items to sell or for personal use.
GOVERNING LAW. This Agreement shall be governed and subject to the laws located in the jurisdiction of Premise’s location.
