NOW WITH POOL HEAT! Walk to lively and fun little beach town of San Pancho. Take a stroll across the footbridge down the street, you are 12 min walk from the ocean. Jump on a bike and you are there in minutes. There are many nice restaurants, galleries, shops, etc. Come home and enjoy the pool, or relax with a margarita in our outdoor living space under the palapa. Each bedroom is En Suite! Lots of privacy. There is some highway noise, but the neighborhood is beautiful. In building our house, we wanted to create an open space that integrates...
