Good location and appearance matches photos. However, there’s a street light right outside the bedroom window and no heavy curtain so the bedroom is quite bright even with the lights off. And the mattress sinks heavily into a V-shape; the mattress is worn out and/or the bed from needs better support.

The apartment was true to the pictures, very new and clean. The kitchen was very well equipped and modern. James was a great and responsive host. The apartment was three blocks from where my daughter lives, so it was very convenient for us. We appreciated James flexibility and responsiveness. We highly recommend this rental.
