the condo itself it outstanding. the service from Lifestyle not so much. there were issues with people at the pool not guests of Chateaux on a daily basis that were not dealt with after several calls

We enjoyed our stay at Chateaux 101.Very comfortable accommodations and cleanliness of the unit exceeded any expectations! Plenty of beach supplies too!(Repairs from recent storm damage was ongoing-pool was open. Elevator was not in operation yet, not too much an issue with first floor unit!)

Location was great. Well stocked condo. Bed was very comfortable.

Enjoyed the unit and was glad we were on 1st floor. I'm giving it a 5 Star, because it was the cleanest and most organized unit we stayed in. Only downside was the elevator was not working - that was bad with luggage even though its 1st floor. Our AC acted crazy but MGMT company was very fast to attend to problem. We would rent this unit again.

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION - All cancellations are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Any cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival, 60 days prior to arrival for a monthly rental, is subject to a forfeiture of all monies paid unless we are able to re-rent the property.
