This fabulous condo features a private bedroom and attached bath. The bedroom features a king bed, 42-inch flat-panel television, environmental controls, room darkening shades, closet, in-room safe, and premium beddings. The living room features an additional 42-inch flat-panel television, a queen-size sleeper sofa, coffee table, chair, and a view of the Aria Hotel and Casino. 

This suite also features a kitchen and dining area, appointed with stainless steel appliances, marble finishes & designer fixtures. This luxurious condo offers the comforts of home while relaxing on your vacation. This includes a kitchen, stovetop, microwave oven, cookware, sink w/disposal, dishwasher, laundry machine and dryer, and dining area. Note that ALL kitchen and dining items such as cutlery, dishware, pots, pans, and glassware are available upon request from the guest services department and will be brought directly to your suite by Vdara Guest services. You may request these items upon check-in or at any time during your stay by calling guest services. There is NO coffee maker in the suite. Vdara rules restrict us from offering this item. There is, however, coffee available in the lobby.

All guests are given complimentary WIFI access in the suite and throughout the resort. Guests are given access to the pool and fitness center.

MGM Resorts announce the return of Paid Parking. Vdara Valet is now open and the garage will transition from self-parking to valet parking only, including the up-car spots on the main driveway. Owner reservations will be coded to ensure that valet parking is complimentary. Upon arrival, please give your name and keys to the valet and you will be presented with a valet ticket. Vdara intends to make this transition as seamless as possible for our owners.

 Valet also returns at Aria, Bellagio, and MGM Grand. On June 1st, paid self-parking will return as well as Valet at our remaining properties. Please contact us if you have questions.

Vdara Hotel & Spa at ARIA Las Vegas is located in Las Vegas Strip, a neighborhood in Las Vegas, and is on the Strip and near the airport. Check out an event or a game at T-Mobile Arena, and consider making time for Bellagio Conservatory & Botanical Gardens, a top attraction not to be missed. Spend some time exploring the area's activities, including golf lessons and golfing.

For those who wish to drive their own cars, Vdara Hotel & Spa at ARIA Las Vegas has a car park that's close to the resort. Parking is available for an additional charge. You can drive in and park yourself, or use the valet service offered at the resort.

The closest train, metro, or bus station is ARIA Express Crystals Station, 370 m away from Vdara Hotel & Spa at ARIA Las Vegas.

- Booking guest/s must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation. Your valid photo ID is required upon CHECK-IN. The full name on your ID must be the same name as what we have on the booking details. Please ensure your booking account profile reflects this information accurately.

- You will be required to provide 2 damage deposits upon booking. First is the security damage deposit required by Airbnb. Second is the security deposit required by the hotel. Guests will be asked to place a valid credit card on hold with the front desk for the $100/night incidental deposit. This is to cover any incidentals not covered by Airbnb Hosting Guarantee. Both will be refunded subject to NO damages incurred during check-out.

- All kitchen and dining items such as cutlery, dishware, pots, pans, and glassware are available upon request and will be brought directly to the suite by Vdara Guest services. You may request these items upon check-in or at any time during your stay by calling guest services. 

- There is NO coffee maker in the suite. Vdara rules restrict us from offering this item. There is, however, coffee available in the lobby.

- This is a privately owned condominium. Daily housekeeping is not an included service. Additional towels or linens will be charged separately direct to the hotel. Please approach the front desk for this.

- Due to the high occupancy rate of this property, we are not able to accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests. We understand that the travel itineraries may not always match up with check-in and check-out times. If you need to store your luggage before or after your stay, you may do so at the bell desk located in the lobby.

- Guests will be subject to a $150 per hour fee for unauthorized early check-in or late check-out.

- We have a STRICT NO-PETS POLICY on this property. Vdara charges $100 per night to your credit card on file if it is found out that a pet has been brought into the unit. Additionally, a similar amount will also be charged against your security deposit on the booking platform. 

- Airbnb, guests must meet Airbnb standard requirements, agree to our house rules, and acknowledge that Airbnb homes can be different from hotels.

Awesome location and no casino in the hotel which made it very peaceful.  Suite was as described.  Great place to stay for my husband’s 50th.  Would stay again.

This room was awesome! Being a local, it was the right price for the right space and we had a great time! Thank you for your hospitality!

This is really nice suite. Lots of amenities and space.  Interiors are modern and the view from the property is great! It's very close to the strip, but not right on it, so it's very quiet and convenient.

We were so looking forward to staying here but upon entering the whole place stunk and it lingered all week and made me want to vomit. The whole place was unclean, dirty carpets, splatter stains up the furniture, hairs round the bath, people’s dirty towels left on top of the dryer and furniture falling apart. We did report this but it took the host a while to respond and then in the end we’ve heard nothing from them and Airbnb sorted out a tiny refund which to be honest doesn’t compensate for the utter state of this room. I shall not be staying there again

THE PARTIES. This Short-Term Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) made on {{reservation_date}} between the following:

THE PREMISES. The Host agrees to lease the described property below to the Guest, and the Guest agrees to rent from the Host:

QUIET HOURS. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until sunrise. Quiet hours consist of no music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents.

Security Deposit amount as detailed in the booking process. The Security Deposit is for the faithful performance of the Guest under the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Guest must pay the Security Deposit at the execution of this Agreement. The Security Deposit shall be returned to the Guest within the State's requirements after the end of the Lease Term less any itemized deductions. This Security Deposit shall not be credited towards any Rent unless the Host gives their written consent.

PETS. The Host does not allow pets: There are no pets allowed on the Premises. If the Guest is found to have pets on the Premises, this Agreement and any Security Deposit shall be forfeited.

SMOKING POLICY. Smoking on the Premises is prohibited.

SUBLETTING. The guest does not have the right to sublet the Premises.

INSPECTION. The Host has the right to inspect the Premises with prior notice as in accordance with State law. Should the Guest violate any of the terms of this Agreement, the rental period shall be terminated immediately in accordance with State law. The Guest waives all rights to process if they fail to vacate the premises upon termination of the rental period. The Guest shall vacate the Premises at the expiration time and date of this agreement.

MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS. The Guest shall maintain the Premises in a good, clean, and ready-to-rent condition and use the Premises only in a careful and lawful manner. The Guest shall leave the Premises in a ready to rent condition at the expiration of this Agreement, defined by the Host as being immediately habitable by the next Guest. The Guest shall pay for maintenance and repairs should the Premises be left in a lesser condition. The Guest agrees that the Host shall deduct costs of said services from any Security Deposit prior to a refund if Guest causes damage to the Premises or its furnishings.

TRASH. The Guests shall dispose of all waste material generated during the Lease Term under the strict instruction and direction of the Host.
&nbsp;
QUIET ENJOYMENT. The Guest, along with neighbors, shall enjoy each other’s company in a quiet and respectful manner to each other’s enjoyment. The Guest is expected to behave in a civilized manner and shall be good neighbors with any residents of the immediate area. Creating a disturbance of the area by large gatherings or parties shall be grounds for immediate termination of this Agreement.

HOST’S LIABILITY. The Guest and any of their guests hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Host against any and all claims of personal injury or property damage or loss arising from the use of the Premises regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss. The Guest expressly recognizes that any insurance for property damage or loss which the Host may maintain on the property does not cover the personal property of Guest and that Guest should purchase their own insurance for their guests if such coverage is desired.
&nbsp;
ATTORNEY’S FEES. The Guest agrees to pay all reasonable costs, attorney's fees, and expenses that shall be made or incurred by the Host enforcing this agreement.
&nbsp;
USE OF PREMISES. The Guest shall use the Premises for residential use only. The Guest is not authorized to sell products or services on the Premises or conduct any commercial activity.
&nbsp;
ILLEGAL ACTIVITY. The Guest shall use the Premises for legal purposes only. Any other such use that includes but is not limited to illicit drug use, verbal or physical abuse of any person or illegal sexual behavior shall cause immediate termination of this Agreement with no refund of pre-paid Rent.
&nbsp;
POSSESSIONS. Any personal items or possessions that are left on the Premises are not the responsibility of the Host. The Host shall make every reasonable effort to return the item to the Guest. If claims are not made within the State’s required time period or two (2) weeks, whichever is shorter, the Host shall be able to keep such items to sell or for personal use.
&nbsp;
GOVERNING LAW. This Agreement shall be governed and subject to the laws located in the jurisdiction of Premise’s location.
