Experience a beautifully decorated, pet-friendly home that offers a serene ambiance, a spacious backyard with a covered patio, and exceptional hospitality from a responsive host. Guests appreciate the comfortable sleeping arrangements and well-appointed amenities, ensuring a delightful stay in a convenient Round Rock location.

I had to find a place to stay on short notice because the other Airbnb I booked was on a really busy road and impossible to sleep comfortably in with the amount of noise. I was able to book this place same day and was able to bring my 4 small dogs. It is a beautiful home and we enjoyed our stay. Flor was super helpful and responsive when I had any questions.

House is in a good location in Round Rock. We did have an issue with one of the showers, worked with host to resolve.

Amazing home, decorated as if it is a for ever home. Bathsalts in all bathrooms. TVs in every room. The backyard has a nice covered patio with comfortable furniture and a grill.

Great place found hairs on a couple pillows and blankets and the shower in the master room wasnt working properly but every other room was PERFECT. The house is beautiful the rooms look amazing. And flor was very easy to contact. Im sure after recent fixings everything will be back in order!

The home was lovely and peaceful! We slept so well, the AC works great! The backyard was the main feature,  massive covered back patio with lovely landscaping. Our dogs loved it, and I felt comfortable letting them run around freely. It’s so nice to find an accommodation that’s truly pet friendly, so thank you for that! We would love to stay again!

LEASE TERM. The Guest shall be allowed to occupy the Premises starting {{checkin_date}} from {{checkin_time}} and ending {{checkout_date}} at {{checkout_time}} (“Lease Term”). 
OCCUPANTS. The total number of individuals staying on the Premises during the Lease Term shall be a total of {{number_of_guests}} guests. If more than the authorized number of guests listed above are found on the property, this Agreement will be subject to termination by the Host. &nbsp;
QUIET HOURS. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until sunrise. Quiet hours consist of no music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents. No Partying of any kind is allowed inside or outside the property.
NO REFUNDS. Guest acknowledges and agrees that no refunds, chargebacks, cancellations, or any other requests for compensation, adjustments, or modifications will be permitted outside the terms and conditions of the cancellation policy as agreed upon at the time of booking
PETS. The Host allows pets that follow the rules on the reservation on the Premises. If the Guest is found to have undisclosed pets on the Premises, this Agreement shall be forfeited.&nbsp;
SMOKING POLICY. Smoking on the Premises is prohibited, both inside and outside.&nbsp;
LIABILITY WAIVER: Guest assumes all risks and responsibility for using the premises, including the home, pool, and amenities. The Owner and Management are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during the stay. By booking, Guest agrees to release and hold harmless the Owner and Management from all claims.
