Cancellation Policy
In the event of a cancellation, a written notice is required 60 days prior to arrival. A cancellation fee of $150 will be deducted from your deposit. Rental balances are non refundable. Please note: Deposits are non-refundable for all reservations of 3 weeks or more. Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds due to weather, hurricanes, red tide, or any other acts of nature unless a mandatory evacuation of the Anna Maria Island is required. If a mandatory evacuation is required we will be happy to rebook or refund those days.
