James was a great host. Very responsive when I discovered the AC was not working. Even though it was a weekend, he found somebody to come fix it. I would suggest that the listing make it clear that the apartment is on the second floor with a rather steep staircase going up. That was fine for me but some renters may not be able to negotiate stairs. ...
