This is a great location and the apartments are comfortable. If you stay in the apartments on the ground level, you will have to tolerate some of the noise from the walking of the guests in the top level. For us, it was a minor inconvenience.

This is the second time I have stayed here and would definitely stay again. It is so close to Westminster College where I have two students. When visiting them it feels like home! Hopefully I can book it again next time I am in SLC!
This was an excellent basement-level lodging in a quadplex. Great location in the Sugar House area. Easy walk to many restaurants and grocery stores, a great tea house right across the street, and a quick drive to BCC and LCC canyon for skiing or hiking. Covered parking, two rooms with comfy beds, and all the kitchen items you would need to cook....
Randall allowed us to checkin a day early to beat a severe snow storm. We are so appreciative of that!
I booked this Airbnb for some family who came to visit. It's everything you want in an Airbnb: great communication from host, clear directions, easy check-in, and a nice apartment. Clean, well-stocked, super comfortable, great location. Will book here again in the future.
