Spotlessly clean and thoughtfully appointed, this home offers comfortable furnishings and beds, a well-stocked kitchen, convenient in-house amenities like washer/dryer and garage parking, plus a secure yard for pets. The stay is reliably comfortable and convenient—hosted with warm, responsive care and close to shops, restaurants, trails and the airport—making it an ideal choice for families, teams, and pet owners.

We had the pleasure of being the first people to stay in this Airbnb.  Flor was such a great communicator.  The property was nice.  Clear instructions for the space.  Responsive when we alerted her to a small leak her sink was encountering.  Respectful of our time and privacy.  You can’t go wrong with this listing.   Can’t wait to stay again next summer

Flor’s place was lovely, the neighborhood is quiet, the home is very comfortable & inviting.

Our family’s stay went very well. The place was perfect in that it was close to where we needed to be for our trip. There was plenty of space for the 4 adults and one toddler in our group. Anytime we had a question about something, Flor was very responsive and helpful.  The place was clean and fresh, tastefully decorated and super comfortable.  I would highly recommend this cozy place to anyone visiting the Austin area.

Guest: {{guest_name}} (“Guest”), agrees to: 

LEASE TERM. The Guest shall be allowed to occupy the Premises starting {{checkin_date}} from {{checkin_time}} and ending {{checkout_date}} at {{checkout_time}} (“Lease Term”). 

OCCUPANTS. The total number of individuals staying on the Premises during the Lease Term shall be a total of {{number_of_guests}} guests. If more than the authorized number of guests listed above are found on the property, this Agreement will be subject to termination by the Host. &nbsp;

QUIET HOURS. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until sunrise. Quiet hours consist of no music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents. No Partying of any kind is allowed inside or outside the property.

NO REFUNDS. Guest acknowledges and agrees that no refunds, chargebacks, cancellations, or any other requests for compensation, adjustments, or modifications will be permitted outside the terms and conditions of the cancellation policy as agreed upon at the time of booking

PETS. The Host allows pets that follow the rules on the reservation on the Premises. If the Guest is found to have undisclosed pets on the Premises, this Agreement shall be forfeited.&nbsp;

SMOKING POLICY. Smoking on the Premises is prohibited, both inside and outside.&nbsp;

LIABILITY WAIVER: Guest assumes all risks and responsibility for using the premises, including the home, pool, and amenities. The Owner and Management are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during the stay. By booking, Guest agrees to release and hold harmless the Owner and Management from all claims.
