Cancellation Policy
Cancellation: If Leaseholder wishes to cancel their reservation week, after payment has been made, they must send a letter stating such, along with a taxable $199.00 cancellation fee. Carolina Shores will make every effort to re-rent the reserved week. If Property is re-rented, Tenant will be refunded rent paid (minus reservation fee, taxes and Travelers Insurance (if applicable) and other special items such as linens, early check-in fee, etc.).
