We picked the unit because of the location. We could walk across the street and enter the river and float around to our condo. The float that was supposed to take 40 minutes took 1 1/2 hrs to 2 hours instead of the 40 minutes that Camp Warneke listed, but that was due to the volume of people and the flow of the river.
