The Room is beautifully decorated along with a terrific balcony that has great lounge furniture. The kitchen? Fantastic! The owner has provided everything a beach goer needs in garage! Overall the whole facility and the guest who stay are a welcoming experience!

Our family just stayed at Sanibel 303. This is our second stay here and just like last time it was a great vacation. This condo comes with the best parking spot right by the garage door. It always has tons of beach chairs and beach toys/accessories included. It is also very accomodating for wheelchairs. The condo is always very clean and organized....
