Dolphin Point is undergoing a large scale renovation project that is starting in the "C" building. You may hear noise from concrete grinding, dust is expected as well due to the grinding, and see construction crews onsite and working during your stay. Balcony access may be limited or inaccessible during this time. *Onsite charges a $50/car fee that is collected thru a separate website.
